Billing Policy

Accuracy of Information: It is imperative that all information provided during registration is accurate. Users can manage and cancel services through their client area. Eternal Networks does not undertake the responsibility of canceling PayPal subscriptions upon service cancellation. Failure to cancel PayPal subscriptions may result in non-refundable payments.

Chargebacks and Payments: Eternal Networks views credit card or PayPal chargebacks for rendered or partially rendered services as fraudulent. All credit card or PayPal payments are considered as donations to our server(s) and community, and they are non-refundable under any circumstances.
 


Service Usage Policy

Compliance with Canadian Laws: The use of services provided by Eternal Networks to transmit or generate illicit content as defined by Canadian law may result in termination of services without refund.
Access Limitations: Eternal Networks reserves the right to limit, revoke, or suspend player access to its servers and services at any time, with or without reasons and without refunds.
Community Rules: Users must adhere to the rules and guidelines of the Eternal Networks community. Violation of these rules may result in permanent bans from all Eternal Networks servers and services, with or without reasons and without refunds.
Refund Policy: Due to the instant activation nature of purchased items, refunds cannot be offered. Payments are considered final and non-refundable. Users are advised to ensure they purchase the correct item and enter the correct Steam ID before finalizing payment.


Violation of Terms of Service (TOS)

Any violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) will result in immediate and permanent banning from all Eternal Networks servers and services, without eligibility for refunds.

Additionally, users acknowledge that their transactions involve the donation or purchase of virtual, digital, intangible, or gaming items. These items are not covered under PayPal's Purchase Protection policy, as outlined in section 13.3 of the PayPal User Agreement, which excludes activities involving gambling, gaming, or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize. Staff Compliance

All users and donors are required to comply with the instructions provided by the staff. Failure to adhere to staff instructions or server rules may result in disciplinary actions.

Hacking/Manipulation Policy

Any unauthorized manipulation of the server or website without the owners' consent will result in a fine of up to $1000 and may lead to Federal disciplinary actions. Hacking into server or website databases or any Eternal Networks property will also result in a fine of up to $1000 or Federal disciplinary actions.
